Day 11: Forgiveness

Morning Inspiration: Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself. It frees you from the burden of resentment and allows you to move forward.

Affirmation: Today, I release any grudges and forgive those who have wronged me. Holding onto anger and resentment only harms me, not others. I choose to let go of negative emotions and find peace within myself. I am free.

Today's meditation: Imagine a weight being lifted from your shoulders as you choose to forgive. Feel the release of tension and the lightness that comes with letting go of resentment.
